Shipping and returns
We offer affordable flat rate shipping, shipping from Estonia worldwide via registered standard mail.
We have resumed shipping to the United States. All shipments will be shipped Delivered Duty Paid by Estonian Post (Omniva), which means that we have pre-paid all tariffs & duties for your order. We are committed to providing you an affordable, smooth and safe delivery. Please note that we are still testing this new system, so hiccups might occur and prices & conditions are due to change. Placing an order and delivery
Once the order is placed, we will send you an Order Confirmation by email. Your order will ship within 5 business days (Monday through Friday). Tracking emails will be sent to you when your order ships. You can follow the tracking instructions to track the order.- Estimated Delivery Time (International Orders): Standard priority mail typically arrives within 7–30 business days, though delays can occasionally occur. Please note that shipping times do not include potential delays at customs.
- Shipping Notice for Preorder Items: Please note that orders containing preorder products will have a longer shipping time.

Rental Box Service – Flexible Shopping for Stationery Lovers Enjoy the freedom to shop over four (4) weeks without paying shipping fees every time!
How it works:
- Open a Rental Box by selectin "Open/Add to Rental Box" at check-out and add stationery items anytime over the next 4 weeks
- Pay for shipping only once — when you're ready to close your box
- We’ll remind you when your box is nearing its end
Important Details:
- To close your Rental Box, simply email us at info@jonnastudio.com and choose your preferred shipping option at checkout
- Please note: the free shipping flat rate does not apply to Rental Boxes
- All Rental Boxes are shipped with tracking for peace of mind
- Prices are locked in at the time you place each order. Future sales or discounts won’t apply retroactively
- We do not offer returns or refunds for items already added to your Rental Box.

Cancelling and returning items
- Cancelling an order is possible within 24 hours after receiving the order confirmation. You can only cancel your order by sending an email to info@jonnastudio.com State clearly your name and order number. If the canceled order has already been paid, it will be refunded within 14 days.
- We have a 14-day return policy, which means that you can return most new unopened items within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund, with the responsibility of paying the return shipping costs. If the return is the result of an error on our part (receipt of an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will bear the return shipping costs.
- Returns are to be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) allowing their remarketing in new condition, accompanied by the purchase invoice. Damaged, soiled or incomplete products are not allowed to be returned.
- To start a return, you should first contact us at info@jonnastudio.com.If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Estonia, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
