Free shipping flat rate does not apply to Rental Boxes
If you include pre-order items, your box will ship when those products are ready to ship.
Prices are locked at the time of each order — future discounts won’t apply retroactively
No returns or refunds once items are added to your box
How it works:
- Open a Rental Box by selectin "Open/Add to Rental Box" at check-out and add stationery items anytime over the next 4 weeks
- Pay for shipping only once — when you're ready to close your box
- We’ll remind you when your box is nearing its end
- To close your Rental Box, choose your preferred shipping option at checkout when placing your last order and add a comment noting your wish to close the rental box.
- If you wish to close your box without placing another order, simply email us at info@jonnastudio.com. We'll calculate the shipping fee and send you the payment link. Once the payment has been settled, we will ship your order.
